Applications
Mostly used for rod seals, piston seals and wipers in standard hydraulics. Due to its outstanding hydrolysis resistant, it can be used for water hydraulic, mining, tunnelling, manufacturing of presses, the use in pure and seawater, HFA and HFB fluids and biologically degradable hydraulic fluids (vegetable oils and synthetic esters) and food articles.

LEARN MORE FROM FAQ

You will find yourself working in a true partnership that results in an incredibleexperience, and an end product that is the best.
  • How to quickly select the required materials?
First choose the hardness required, and then look at the dielectric resistance of the material, and finally look at the mechanical properties of the material.
  • What factors have the greatest influence on the service life of seals?
After many years of application feedback and summary discussion, the failure of seals is mainly caused by the internal heat of the material, the mechanical properties of the material are greatly reduced, and the material is affected by the medium, and is damaged by the medium penetration. In both cases, choosing materials with better dynamic properties and better dielectric resistance can solve the problem.
  • There are so many materials. What should I choose?
C700 and P600 are standard materials for most sealing applications. Of course, the working temperature is too high or there are some special media need to use more appropriate materials.
